The Father’s Invitation To Return To Our First Love | Day 1

“Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God”

                  (Hebrews 12:1-3 NIV)

Lord Jesus, how I long to sit at Your feet!  Help me to focus my heart and mind on You, and seek You, face to face.  Help me turn from busyness and self to look at You.  Thank you Lord for enduring the cross on my behalf.  I lay down my life this day and choose to fix my eyes on You.  Thank You Lord Jesus for drawing me, and for Your promise that You will never leave me nor forsake me.

Welcome to the 21 Day Prayer Initiative!

You have been officially invited to join us in an adventure in prayer!

We are so thankful that you have decided to take the challenge. As the LORD increases the intensity of HIS Presence in our community, we have become aware that this is the time to respond to the drawing we all are sensing and press into prayer.

As a body, we are taking the time out of our next 3 weeks and directing our focus on the LORD together corporately as well as individually. As individuals, we will daily receive a prayer focus as well as a corporate prayer that we will pray individually, yet agree on as ONE, together.

Isn't it such a blessing to have like minded, Jesus loving, passionate relationships with each other where we can as ONE body, press into prayer directives? Isn't it precious to have people that are on the same page as you? Our answer is "YES!" We are so thankful that each of you have been brought together in this calling and we look forward to the next 21 days together.

You will receive a daily update and a prayer directive with a prayer to pray. We encourage you to take between 7-21 minutes and meditate on this as well as to pray. That's a very short time. You can go longer as you feel directed, but all we ask is for this time.

And you can know that all over the world, our online and local families are agreeing with you. This is such an exciting thing! So, please be encouraged and join in. There is NO prayer to small nor time too short. You will likely find that as the communion with each other grows, the sweet communion you have with Holy Spirit will also deepen. Your prayer times may start short, but the time will speed by as you are drawn into extended seasons of intimacy and encounter with HIM. This is a huge grace gift and it is intensified by the expectancy and anticipation of your fellow comrades in Kingdom arms.

So, are you excited yet? We are!

Let's just see where this goes!
